"How do I remove my old Kohler filter cartridge?"
Carefully turn your filter cartridge 90° clockwise until the grooves on your cartridge line up with "OFF" on the filter head. (The water supply will automatically cut off when the cartridge is removed.) Pull down on the cartridge to remove it. NOTE: A small amount of water may drip out during the removal.

"Why does my water seem cloudy after I installed my new Kohler filter cartridge?"
This could be caused by air in the system. Try running the water for a couple of minutes or so; this should remove any excess air left in the system and will likely fix the problem.
