We operate on the same schedule as the U.S. Post Office (when the post office is closed, so are we).
You can read our faq's, place your order and ask questions any time of the day or night because
our site is always "open" 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Our busiest days are Mondays and Tuesdays (and after a holiday).
On those days, we sometimes are not always able to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. Our first priority is always to our current customers. Therefore, on Mondays and Tuesdays, we might be slower than normal with replying to your e-mails which are not related to a current order, etc.
The word "business day" is defined by UPS/FedEx/U.S.Postal/Airborne and us as non-holiday days
Monday through Friday. In other words, if for example, on a Friday July 1st we say 3 business days before
your product will arrive then Sat/Sun/Mon (July 4th is a Monday for this example) would not count and that would
mean that your products would be scheduled to arrive on July 7th.
