Thank you for requesting a price quote on items that we do not list.

We believe that you will find our regular listed prices competitive but we are not always the lowest on quotes prices.

We do not put a "hold" on products when we give a quote and so, due to inventory fluctuations (we ship many orders per day), we cannot guarantee that your product/s are in stock until you have actually placed your order.

Generally, within four hours of you placing your order (during normal business hours) we will let you know the status of your order and the products that you ordered (but with priced quote request it may take as long as 4 working days to hear back from us).

We do place our priorities on actual orders received and so please do recognize that if we were slower in providing a quote than you had expected, it is because we ship orders first, and then provide prices for quote requests (such as you are doing right now).

After you have received your price quote from us, those priced quoted are kept for seven (7) days, and do not include shipping/processing (see shipping policies/charges on our shipping faq page) and quotes are subject to review.

To make it easier for you to know (ahead of time) what your shipping costs will be, with our "standard" (non 2nd day) shipping, no matter what your products weighs, we charge based on the price of products ordered (in the continental U.S.).
