The delivery charge is to get your tub to your house, it does not include getting it into your house. Your tub gets delivered by a trucking company such as Viking, Bestway, etc and they only deliver to your house (to the "curb").

dimensions? "Do the dimensions shown refer to the interior of the tub, or the exterior of the tub?"
Generally (at least 98% of the time) the dimensions shown are for the outside (the farthest/longest point) of the tub, not the interior dimensions. If exact dimensions are very critical in your decision process, please do contact/ask us before ordering and we will let you know the "exact" dimensions of whatever tub you are interested in.

Swirl-way manufactures their tubs as orders are received. Their standard lead-time to ship is two business weeks. Their tubs are manufactured as ordered, undergo a strict quality control inspection and are then prepared for shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location to their Texas facility.
